Items may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order provided that they are:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• With all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

For exchange requests, please contact us through WhatsApp before returning any item.

Certain items, such as personalized or sale products, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
